An ??? on the right fired an orange ring of energy at Sora which hit him but bursts into sparks as it did so barely causing him to flinch. The ??? on the right fired, a blue mist, that seemed harmless but stopped Sora in his tracks, landing on the ground. He seemed to glow white and blue and could not move.
The other two moved behind Sora and began charging as well while the other two continued moving far away now outside of the circle. The 16 ??? near the tower all moved back to their positions in the red circle.

Agatha walked calmly towards Nil as he fought of Mrs. Monet and Jim. While Mrs. Monet was easily downed by Nil's strike, Jim managed to land a good tackle on Nil sending him flying off toward the right. The Elevator had almost reached the top.

Chi, flung into the air by unknown force, landed hardly back on the ground.

"Christ..." She raised herself on her bruised knees, and got up, most of her body answering with a pain reaction. "What is this thing?!"

"Its your math teacher...except that she's all green now..." Aiko answered.

"Miss...K...?" Chi shook her head. "How's that even...Tch...Nathan, you're okay?" They had to stay in the move, otherwise they will die here...Although chances for that were still high enough...

Nil rolls from the tackle, his instincts screaming that no matter what, he needed to avoid Agatha. He slowly circles away, putting Jim between them, then, in the spur of the moment, ran to Jim and did something extremely reckless.

He kneed him in the nuts.

Yep... this happens.

"Body just got locked up from some sort of special attack. I think I'm about to take a large amount of damage again. The 16 by the tower seem to be trying to do something big... or at least protect whatever is going on in that circle there. The rest you can probably see." Speaking in a rush, Sora eyed the two backing away in front of him.

Figuring that he wouldn't have much time to do anything else, Sora got ready for when he would hopefully unfreeze. The moment his body unlocked he would turn to block the attacks from the other two he couldn't see if he was able and get out of the circle as fast as he could. Finger frozen over the trigger to spin-up his weapon, he waited patiently for the icy effect to go away.

Ping! The elevator doors opened as soon as Jim went down, in a mix of growling and crying. Agatha appeared to laugh although she still had the same evil expression with the glowing green eyes.

The bloks in front of Sora flanked him and scurried off back to the tower while, the other 16 began to move around the tower again. This time the two behind him both shot out blue slow moving mists that both hit Sora again. However, the bluish white glow disappeared from him and he was able to move again. Sprinting out of the Circle, all 20 of the blocks took their positions on the edge of the circle which faded away. The beam from the tower stopped and the tower stopped glowing red and instead returned to its original flaming form.

Nil backs away, then races towards the elevator at full sprint, hitting the button to the virtualization room. While he wanted to talk to Pascale, that kind of thing could wait until mass destruction and zombification was no longer a factor.

Nathaniel bounced across the floor and landed on his back. "What in the? Ow!" He groaned and got up achingly. "This is absolute madness..." He looked over to Chi and behind her was Ms. K, he grabbed Chi by the hand and began running. "No need to tell me twice... where do you think we can hide? Somewhere in the park maybe?"

Narrowing his eyes in frustration, Sora shook his head lightly at his repeated mistake. Glancing around for a moment to make sure there wasn't any more enemies near him, he calmed himself as he readied his weapon in both hands.

"Yeah, blocking this isn't working... I was mistaken about the tower... I think they deactivated whatever was triggered in there." Quickly backing away from the group of bloks, Sora waited with his weapon un-spun until they started to charge their attacks. Once they did that... then he would spin his glaive at max speed in front of himself and hopefully deflect something he could more efficiently deal with.

"I'm going to try to deactivate the other one if I can."

Recognizing that time was of the essence, Pascale wasted no time in Virtualizing Nil.
"Virtualizing Nil!"
Nil appeared a 100 meters away from the left tower. The tower Sora was at could be seen in the distance.

"Nil, maybe you should see what happens if you try this tower!" suggested Pascale.
Looking at the security camera, she could see her possessed sister looking down through the elevator shaft. She seemed to be sniffing the air.
"Locking...elevators."

The Bloks remained in a circle around the tower doing absolutely nothing. They seemed to be waiting as well.

As Chi and Nathan, got up from the attack, Ms. K was relentless and began charging at them like a wild bull.

"Got it," Nil says as he feels his body crackle with energy. He heads for the tower immediately, keeping his eyes wide for any enemies. Luckily, there weren't any trees this time, but he still didn't want to risk getting ambushed.

Nil was now only a few meters away from the tower, There were no enemies around him.
"The coast seems to be clear..."

"I don't trust that," he says, slowing a bit. He considered fusing his daggers into a chokuto, but for the moment, he preferred the increased defense. It was still unknown what was fully going on. Once before the tower, he tries pushing his hand against it. Hopefully, it wasn't simply Pascale and Chubs who could go into these things. If that were the case, then they were in major trouble. "Pascale, let me know if anything at all shows up."

Hearing the mention of someone else virtualized as well, Sora sighed in relief, "I guess I'll do my best with this one then."

Circling around the tower, Sora kept his distance from the bloks as he kept his weapon un-spun for the time being. Suddenly noticing a separate button near the bottom of the grip out of the corner of his eye, he stared at it for a moment before grinning slightly. Despite the slight burst of curiosity lingering in his mind, he did not press it quite yet. Looking back at the bloks, he backed away a little bit further, continuing to circle around the structure in a light jog.

"Dodge!" Nathaniel looked back to the sound of charging and pulled Chi to the side. They had to escape her wing span which included the sword as she passed by. Once she rushed past them, they would have to run as fast away from her while still going to the lake. Perhaps they could hide in the weeping willows. He kept a weary eye on her and thought about it, we need to stay parallel to her so when she charges, she'll take herself further away from us. His grip on Chi's hand tightened slightly as he gulped and began running again to the pond that surrounded the factory.

The tower glowed and a protective film of hexagons pushed him away but the tower remained the same. Perhaps it was shielded.
"Nil look o-"
The message cut off abruptly.
Behind him a spinning blade spun threw the air.
