Ehh, I love slime the most, I mean I do keep a charged creeper collection at my base but, It's just fun having little baby slimes jump abount and follow you. It's almost like a pet.
EDIT: Endermen are cool, but what about the other End creature? You know, The one that shoot explosive heat seeking levitation things (Shulkers)

Shulkers suck
I hate them
They are kinda cute-ish, BUT THEIR ATTACKS ARE THE BANE OF MY EXISTNCE
also you have to wait for them to come out of their shells to do any decent damage

(PS: there is another end-based mob (excluding the dragon) the endermite)

I think you still can attack them when they are in their shell, but you need to use a melee, You can't attack them with a bow when they're hiding in the shell though. Shulkers a pretty neat, I've seen them used for moving floors and parcour maps(not as an enemy though, more like a levitation boast)

Also, the're levitation attacks arn't that bad, if you have any of these three:feather falling boots, chourus fruit, elytra, then you won't take fall damage.

Edit: You want to know the bane of all minecraft players? It's the stupid pufferfish that shoot out laser beams of death, the worst part is that you can't shoot back at them well, also their giant pufferfish gives you mineing fatue, underwater... Great, now I can't swing my sword that quickly and I can't get the sponge and sea lantern I came here to gather! (If you don't understand mineing fatue, it makes you mine slower and it's litteraly impposible to mine anything underwater when you have it on)

I understand how mostly every thing works in minecraft, I've been playing since version 1.2.3 (we are currently in 1.10.2)

Shulkers are always hitable, but when in their shell, they have an extreme damage ressistance

The "pufferfish" are known as Gaurdians, and the large one is known as the mother guardian
Their lasers are easily countered by breaking line of sight, which isn't hard, as they take time to charge
The mining fatigue does effect your attack speed, but you still attack faster than them, allowing you to hit then run for cover, or you can just use a sharpness enchanted hoe (if you didn't know, the hoe does the most dps of any tool, when all compared at the same sharpness level)
also, having a shield helps
A lot
(Seriously, every one under estimates them)

the mining fatigue is a thing so that you don't just demolish the temple until you kill the mother guardian

ok, I didn't know that thing about the hoe so thx. Yeah, I kinda like calling the guardian and elder guardian pufferfish, I know what their names are. And I know you're right about the mining fatigue but for the love of god, all I wanted was a few sea lanterns >:(

Ghast. Because endermen and creepers are so mainstream.

No work, no reward. That's how it should be in a survival game.

Well first things first, I had to go in the trouble of first finding the temple; brewing some water breathing potion; brewing night vision potions; enchanting my armor with aqua affinity, depth strider, and respiration; I have to find the enchented books in the strongholds (yeah, I couls use an enchaning table but too much lapis wasted); milking cows over and over again; and kill the 3 elder guardians -_-
