Abilities:
Adept at wielding his scythe
Using dark magic he can resurrect the bones of some of his opponents to fight for him. This move requires a lot of concentration leaving him vulnerable, so he learned to create a force field of dark energy to defend him while he controls the skeletons he summoned. The amount of skeleton warriors is important upon the skill of each minion. He has to split his mind into each skeleton to give it autonomy, thus the more he summons the less of his mind each gets. He maxes out at around 20 skeletons, which by then is just swarm tactics. However, when he has 2 or 3 skeletons, they are a very intelligent foe and work together as a team very effectively. This allows him to take on multiple opponents at once
Can also use the dark magic to teleport

Weaknesses:
He has never fought without his scythe, so if he is disarmed he is rather easy to beat. That being said he isn't terrible at hand to hand, just not RHG kung fu master good
As stated above, the summoning spell requires all of his attention, so he is open to attack
The barrier he creates isn't that strong to break. If the opponent can get past the skeletons and place a few strong hits on the shield it will break also momentarily stunning him due to exhaustion
Teleporting is very stressful on him and he can only do it about 2 or 3 times

Story:
Death's Exile is exactly that, an exile. He used to be a servant of death sent to gather strong warriors who would defy to accept their death. However, problems arose when he faced an opponent he judged as 'worthy'. When he found an opponent worthy he would let them go, and since they were never taken to the underworld, they just returned to life. Even if they were turned to ash, being judged worthy just caused them to pop back into the world. As he was always battling warriors, this happened quite often. Then one moment in eternity, death just had enough, and sent his armies of the underworld to kill his exile. The afterlife is literally a life after life. Except if one dies in this life they have no presence in any existence. Fighting valiantly Death's Exile slayed enough of death's forces that death decided the best action to take is to send his exile to the world of the living. Yet after being put onto the world death gave his exile the punishment he believed he deserved. Death's Exile became mortal. Many new things he had never experienced before flew through him like a tidal wave. Hunger, thirst, pain, and emotion all flooded his mind, and Death's Exile knew nothing about what he was experiencing. Nothing except for one emotion that has never left him, and never will, sorrow. Alone with no purpose or place to belong, Death's Exile had no choice but to move forward with his new mortal life. Now, he just travels the overworld often getting in battles because random people just want to fight him for some reason. Yet, he shall never escape the eternal pain of having no purpose of reason to exist, but it is when he fights that the small spark of joy appears in him. Fighting is the only thing he is familiar with, and oh how familiar his is.
