Prom can transform and can achieve the power of death fist, His fist will be increased 50x times stronger than his base form, Notice that his fist only can be activated when he punches with his red fist, wont work on the normal once, Remember the death fist creates electricity means all the energy that prom is getting transfers into his right arm which can be a deadly finish and an explosion. If prom transfer in a low energy then he will bleed from his eyes, Everytime when prom overloads the energy on himself he will always bleed from his eyes. Notice that even prom transforms in his full energy he still be inside because the transform takes too much energy. Takes 100% energy

Prom was in an mystery planet and in an mystery universe, Where the magicians and wizard are living in, All people are always been born with diffrenent powers but prom was upset because of his normal life, no powers no nothing, He was bullied so much in the school people laughing at prom and showing him how powerful we are and saying that he doesn't deserve to be in here, Prom turned evil and was so angry, Prom founded a dungeon a potion that could give him the 5 stages of death, Prom observed the power and rightly came to the city, Meanwhile prom's parents wanted to see the future of his life, Becaming evil and immortal, omnipotent, Prom's parents was shocked, Prom destroying and demolishing every single living things and he killed his bullies leaving him unstoppable and prom descides to give no mercy, Prom's father stopped him but he was no match, Prom's father had no choice but to vanish him and teleport him into an another universe and an planet called.. Earth.. Prom was amazed with his powers and Finding an opponent that could give him a fight to test his true powers..

Dude, he can run mach 50. That's 50 times the speed of sound. You have to lower that to at least a single digit if not lower that mach 1.

sorry that i dint put this on my thread but he has energy, he has a limit, his not always gonna be fast enough or always gonna be able to do his abilities

All I can tell you is that your character is not complete. I'm not saying he's op, just that his weakness are not completely there. Also how do we know that the planet RHGs fight on is earth?

I think they hop from dimentions to dimentions depending on the animation author's background choice...

i will update it the weaknesses and his skill stats and a good question but i think it is cus all of the elements are seem to be closer what we live on

I barely read past the first few lines, and I think that some changes have to be made. I feel that people are being a bit nice. He is overpowered beyond belief. He is Superman levels of strong and fast, can teleport on top of moving 50x faster than the speed of sound, can shoot fire, can activate a rage mode named "Death Fist", can control gravity, can duplicate himself ten times (and I'm assuming his clones have all the same abilities). His weaknesses are that he has energy limitations, but he has energy regeneration, he is weak to swords, but is fast enough to avoid a barrage of flying, murderous Flashes, and bad defense, offset by his speed. This is too much, and I don't think this could be very well thought through. I think you should change as soon as you can, nobody will challenge you until then.
