Story:
Prom was in an mystery planet and in an mystery universe, Where the magicians and wizard are living in, All people are always been born with diffrenent powers but prom was upset because of his normal life, no powers no nothing, He was bullied so much in the school people laughing at prom and showing him how powerful we are and saying that he doesn't deserve to be in here, Prom turned evil and was so angry, Prom founded a dungeon a potion that could give him the 5 stages of death, Prom observed the power and rightly came to the city, Meanwhile prom's parents wanted to see the future of his life, Becaming evil and immortal, omnipotent, Prom's parents was shocked, Prom destroying and demolishing every single living things and he killed his bullies leaving him unstoppable and prom descides to give no mercy, Prom's father stopped him but he was no match, Prom's father had no choice but to vanish him and teleport him into an another universe and an planet called.. Earth.. Prom was amazed with his powers and Finding an opponent that could give him a fight to test his true powers..
I'm going to give you some possible fixes and my reasoning behind them. You don't have to use these of course, but I hope you see the logic behind them.
"Mach 50. ooh, 50. That's a small number - whatever. What does mach mean anyways, inches per hour? This guy is as slow as a slug! rofl"
Okay, so this is a major problem and point of interest in most RHGer's eyes. For now I'll just go into his Speed and Strength. I'm taking a break from my current animation for an hour or two and can't think of anything better to do to waste my time atm, so I'll make these decently in-depth. :D

MACH 1 - 767mph(1234km/h). That is ~1124ft/s(342m/s).
Yeah. that's fast.
MACH 50 - 38363.5mph(61,740km/h). That is ~ 56,266ft/s(17150m/s).
Ummm. What?!?!?
That speed is nearly impossible to comprehend. So let's put it in perspective:
The earth's circumference is ~24,902mi(40,075km).
At Mach 50, you would be able to run across the world in a straight line 3 times in a span of two hours.
But let's not stop there - don't forget about a thing called momentum. By time you decided you wanted to slow down, you would already be about 14 miles away. Also, to be honest, you don't have supervision. How the hell are you supposed to even see where you are going? At 56,266ft/s(17150m/s), your eyes wouldn't see anything except a blur.
Oh - don't worry about the great big oceans. It only requires a speed of ~100ft/s(30m/s) to run on water. I believe we have that beat with the whole 50,000ft/s thing going on.
Also, you never really said he CAN go mach 50. You said that his speed is mach 50. That implies he has no control over it. So, if he is battling someone, he won't be able to do anything because his accuracy will be extremely off, due to him speeding miles away when he starts running at someone. Not to mention the sonic boom that'll probably automatically win you the fight.(Thought I was going to forget about the sonic boom? - NOPE)
I guess It would also be good to note that, maybe, to reach his extreme speeds he needs a head start? "The Flash"-like powers are not in your description. It is merely speed. His body wouldn't be able to take the beating of mach 50, "His skin is easily cut""No regeneration" oh, that's nice. How about the whole going mach 50 and running into a building?
I could write for another 12 minutes about his absurd speed, but I'm going to continue with this post. I realize there are at least 4 more major flaws with having mach 50 speed.
[Spoiler="Suggestions"]
1.) a. Give yourself control over your speed(that is, put it in writing - if not, someone such as myself would animate you running at me and crashing into a building in Tokyo 3 seconds later, and me winning the battle)
b. Decrease your max speed. Like, seriously. No more than Mach 5. Why would you need to go more than 1mi/s(1.6km/s) during a battle?
2.) Teleportation is unnecessary. During a battle, you're usually not farther than a mile away from each other. You can easily run at someone 10 feet away and be behind them in a thousandth of a second. "Oh, but I can run while I'm in the air!" :When are you really going to ever be in the air, though?
a. being thrown up in the air should be a weakness.
b. replace "Teleportation" in Abilities with something along the lines of "can run so fast it seems like teleportation
3.) Increased skin durability while using super speed
4.) Ability to see his surroundings while using super speed
That's all for speed for now. I'll update this if I recall anything I need to put in this.

is MUCH less of a problem than Mach 50, but it's still extremely OP, especially with extreme speed.)
Okay, to be fair, not all of this info is going to be 100% accurate. I'm not too up to date on my knowledge of power and stuff. I'm a lot better with speed-related things. So, this will be a little bit about strength and a decent bit about how his speed makes even a little amount of power absurdly immense.
Please, correct me if I'm doing too much assuming in this. This strength section is going to be 40% logic 50% assumption and 10% Google, lol.
Okay - so to the point:
[Spoiler="Immense Strength"]How much is 100,00kg(220,500lb)?
Well, not entirely sure how to put this, but that is ~110 US tons(100Metric Tons).
COMPLETELY disregarding how utterly large an object would have to be to weigh 110 TONS, this is overpowered.
A normal semi truck(with full trailer) usually weighs ~40us tons(36metric tons). This guy could lift up a semi truck with a whale shark(~15usTons(13.6MetricTons)) on top in each hand and not even break a sweat.(Picturing that scene is killing me(metaphorically, that is. no need to call 911(112)).
Now, with that hilarious example up there ^ let's stop with the absurd disregard of size. If the picture in your mind from the above picture doesn't look a bit crazy, I would suggest re-reading it, maybe looking up what a semi-truck is.
Think about the size of a hand. This is a limiting for for picking something up with a single hand. Do you think it is, in any way, reasonable for someone's hand to pick up a semi truck?
You could only, reasonably, pick up something extremely heavy if it has a handle that your hand can grasp. And I'm not even going to mention how strong that handle would have to be to endure 110tons of weight.
Okay, so what if you used both hands? Well, then the length of your arms are a limiting factor. How wide you can spread your arms determines what you can pick up.

So long story(the 40 lines of text I was going to write) short,:
With a minimal amount amount of his insane speeds(even with the modified mach 5 speed), this RHG would have to have the strength of a normal five year old to bash in someone's skull. Of course, your hand would fracture into a billion pieces. And, you know, with no regeneration that hand could never -EVER - be used again.
1.)I'd say replace Strength: Can lift 100,000kg with Strength: Can lift anything he can get his arms/hands around up to 50,000kg(110,000lb)
2.)"Is only able to focus small amounts of strength while using his super speed"
3.)"His bones are more durable while using super strength"

Strength/Speed/Stats
Strength: Can lift 100,000kg with Strength: Can lift anything he can get his arms/hands around up to 50,000kg(110,000lb) Bones become more durable while using his strength to prevent him from shattering his bones.
Speed: Up to Mach 5 Skin becomes more durable while running at high speeds, to protect from overwhelming damage from debris. Is able to control his speed and see where he is.
Intelligence: 3/10
Defense: 4/10
Agility: 7/10
Abilities:
Can generate balls of fire due to extreme speeds of surrounding particles.
Can run so fast it seems like teleportation.
At the cost of a high amount of energy, he can control some of gravity's forces.
Can create up to 3 clones (Due to his super fast cells) With each clone he grows weaker, 1 clone(cl=40%/orig=60%) 2 clones(cl=30%each/orig=40%) 3 clones(cl=23%each/orig=31%
Will regain 3% energy every 1 sec
Special: Prom's Desperation
When feeling as if there is no chance left of Prom surviving, his fist can transform into the Red Death Fist, his fist will be 2x times stronger than usual.

There's still a lot more to be done, but this character is just overall OP. Even with my overhaul it is still quite painful to think of battling him. I hope you figure something out though, because I quite like the backstory.
