It's an anime thing
(Ima hardcore otaku, deal with it (I don't think any one cares))
When characters have jagged teeth it can emphasize excitement or intimidation, and some times in anime it just looks kewl
(like Monkey D. Luffy, the jagged tooth is used a lot on him, but he doesn't have fangs)

It's probably ganna be for small wounds or devastatingly big wounds (I say big wounds as in after battle he spends like 2 months getting an arm back or something

I might not be an otaku, but to my knowledge weeaboos are the obsessive ones that you want nothing to do with and that kill your ears on sight
and otakus are anime fans that are reasonable people that usually don't obsess about it and care about other things
(aka. regular people that are anime fans)
also I hate the word otaku, not the meaning, but the word it's self
it sounds like a word only weeaboos would use, but it's (to my knowledge) the only word that means what it means
(other than just saying anime fan)
