Open Broadcaster Software provided your settings are tuned correctly. It also doesn't watermark you like Bandicam and has no recording time limit.

Editing wise I think you generally have to pay up. You can use Blender (for free) for even very complex video editing but I wouldn't call it easy/quick or easily learnt. I use Windows Movie Maker for the simple editing stuff.

My wmm editing days are over. Gone are the times where it takes me 2 days to finish rendering a video because I need to do it in 2 minute segments before stringing them together because wmm can't handle my amazing editing process.

Ah yeah WMM does crash occasionally. It's not the most stable thing out there.

Hm, thanks for the advice. I've been using screen-cast-o-matic which causes lots of lag.

I don't know if I should get back to making SE videos. They haven't updated in a WHILE, and I still need to get my 3rd episode of the tutorial out lol.

Oh and CJ still hasn't attempted to help me with my account. ;/

What's there of the audiences to watch em anymore? Might as well just make a whole series of SW Legacy.

sorry to bring back this dead topic. I appreciate I am probably breaking rules here but theirs something I want to add and I dont want to make a new thread.

Why doesn't CJ consider selling the game?
Allow Modding?
Keep the profits but allow other people to work on it for a share (maybe nothing if their community)

Or do something else to get new people in who want to add to the project. This game has massive potential but maybe CJ is bored an doesn't like this project any more.

Are you high? They plan on returning. The reason for working on other games first is most likely financial reasons. SE only really profits an average of one employee vs having 3.

You say that as if you're under the impression that SW3 and SE:L will gain profit. Practically nobody makes in-game purchases for apps - especially not single players ones - and SW3 is another free-to-play flash game. Everything that they have done and will ever do concerning stickwar/empires is done because they enjoy(ed) doing it, and the small revenue from memberships is just a nice bonus. They're no longer focusing on it because they no longer enjoy it, and are therefore finding substitute projects. That's the most logical explanation anyway.

Their is no doubt this game is on the way down. And their is potential to expand it and make much more money. Why couldn't they get it on steam? hell if it became popular enough they could get it anyway. Whats frustrating is that the next big thing could be this game. And new features could massively increase the player base.

Majority of people isn't as optimistic as you, lol.
