Yay a pivot animator, i a pivoteer myself. You can learn somethings about pivot here. Also post an animation in the community animations, people can tell you what to do to improve.

Another pivot animator, uh...? Sadly I don't used that program but I have seen a few out there and some of them are pretty good at it. I'm sure they'll help you out with it, but the rest of the comunity can still help with pointing out the small mistakes with your animations so you can improve. :)
