Swift

-PERSONALITY-
Swift is the clumsy guy who, whenever he talks, ends up making the conversation go nowhere. He speaks extremely fast because he really wants to start the fight. His personality of talking too much gets Swift in trouble, leading him to another fight. He also talks a lot just so he can distract his opponents from the battle.

-ABILITIES-
Hand-to-Hand Combat
He is extremely fast so that when he punches someone it hurts more than an average punch, and is thrown at fifty time a second.
Teleportation
He can actually go so fast that he ends up teleporting.
Fast Healer
Whenever Swift gets injured, he recovers quicker than an average human.

-WEAKNESSES-
SUPER SPEED
He does have this ability, but he is evened out when he comes across someone with the same ability.
Also another disability with his super speed is that he sometimes loses control over it, causing him to flatten out his powers and pretty much lose the fight.
WHEN HE CAN'T USE HIS POWERS
He has focused so much on his speed that he hasn't worked out, so if he can't use his powers, he is weaker than a child.
TELEPORTING INTO OBJECTS
He can incidentally teleport into objects, which can kill him.
WATER
If he runs over water, he will trip over and, because of his speed, will probably kill himself. But he can, if he runs fast enough, he can run over water.
SHARP AND MILDLY SHARP OBJECTS
Swift may be fast, but if he runs into a sharp or mildly sharp objects, it will not only cut him, but will slice right through him due to his speed.

-STORY-
Swift, when he was a little kid, was dared by his friends to go around an abandoned facility. When Swift did this, he found out that is wasn't abandoned. Swift was taken by a strange man and was tested on for approximately five weeks. The strange man then injected a strange serum into his blood, causing his body to have a seizure. After the seizure, Swift was able to move his body at incredible speeds. He then breaks out of the strange mans grasp thanks to his speed.
