Hi everyone!
I really need a good source of Macromedia Flash 8 tutorials.
Unfortunately I'm using the broken version (cracked :P) of it, but right now this version's all I've got.
I've looked for stuff on YouTube, but most of the videos I find work with other, newer versions of Flash.
I also have Tupi, but haven't worked with it that much (I may also need tutorials for this...).
Can anyone help me out here?

You should get a more modern version of flash. You can get Adobe Animate the same way you got that version.

I don't see why a tutorial being done in a newer version of Flash is a big problem. Most of the features are still there in Flash 8 (Plus you get more brush sizes, the only reason I use it). All you have to do is familiarize yourself with the differences in the layouts of the two programs and you should have no problem translating information about newer versions to Flash 8. Even this can be avoided by just changing your Flash 8 layout to more closely resemble those you see in the tutorial videos.

If you're learning animation from other animators, them using different version of the software you're using shouldn't be getting in the way. However, if you're attempting to learn the more technical side of Flash, for example the coding, then I see why it wouldn't be working out. Which of the two is it?

Some of Terkoiz's and Hyun's old tutorials use Flash 8 if I remember correctly. I'd go with a later, more stable version of flash though, tbh. Like Arch said, go grab Animate.

A friend of mine showed me this fairly recently. It should cover just about everything:

Thanks everyone!
I really appreciate your suggestions!
@Unbounded: I found your flash tutorial resource extremely useful! I'll be sure to consult it when I have time to work on an animation (ugh...schoolwork...).
