20 minutes into the game and I still have no idea what's going on.

Have you played Undertale?
Did you read the help page the link lands on?
I don't know how to help you other than that.

This runs way smoother and looks much better than the other one, well done. The only gripe I have is that it's too hard(or i'm just bad), and sometimes just plain impossible, with blue and orange blocks sometimes overlapping. I'm pretty sure that's difficult to solve, but as a starting point, this is really, really good.

Thanks!
I played it a while until I got an impossible move like you said, so I fixed that in the latest version (I think).

As someone who has never played UT ever. I do find this a good way to spend some time.
It took me a while to fully understand the rules (I keep trying to dodge the Blues only to realize they give me a millisecond break that is rather useful.
Are you planning on adding music like the original version? Music does help the player to focus in a way.

Added music. ;)
*EDIT* Yeah, I do think it's a good way to spend time while waiting for something, since it's easy to jump into a quick game.
Maybe bookmark it and keep it on the side while waiting for something to download or something like that.
*EDIT TWO* Also now added a mute button.

You serious?
Chara isn't even scary.
I promise that there's nothing scary in the game. :) (Unless you count LOOKING at Chara's .png's/.gif, then I really don't know what to tell you.)

The second and third difficulty have an impossible dodge (full screen white lines). Aside from that, it feels pretty simple.

Impossible dodge?
Full screen white lines?
o_O
Mind taking a screenshot of the part? I didn't put in any impossible dodges.
*EDIT* And is being simple good or bad? :o

Actually, I found the issue. They just disappear at a peculiar time.

I'd say neutral, but leaning more towards good I s'pose? Not really my cup of tea, but I still decided to take a sip.

Heh, nice analogy.
Thanks for playing. :)

The hell?
Isn't the orange line supposed to not hit you when you're moving? It keeps hitting me irregardless of what I do.

Well
Maybe that's too confusing, but you have to be moving to the right/left AND jumping in order for them not to hit you. If you instantly move left and right while not taking your fingers off of the left/right keys, they will not hit you but you will stay relatively in the same spot.
Do you think I should change that? I've had a few other people be confused by that as well. If I changed that to only moving OR jumping, then I'll get rid of the red obstacles I guess.
The orange obstacles damage you IF YOU'RE NOT MOVING AND JUMPING BOTH.
