You need a picture, but otherwise, this guy is cool, I guess.

I would, however, recommend cutting down on the modes a bit. If you ever animate against someone else, these different modes would become cumbersome for both you and your opponent. Nevertheless, as these seem to be the majority of your RHG's powers, if you can deal with it, then go right ahead. And the height thing is pretty creative, but strange and doesn't seem to have a use other than negating giant type RHGs.

The initial idea of mimicking the size giant RHG's is clever, but there's only 2 giant RHG's that are decently known, Anubis's character Magus and Charry's character Tsenga S, so it seems a little too specific and situational of an ability, and will lead to this character being a little too overpowered if there is a giant character within his vicinity. But good look regardless. :)

The growth ability is because I suck at animating small things, so when animating I dont want to have a giant you can only see the legs of, or have no fun at all animating Code tiny. Also, the picture is coming up, as I have the demo I won't need to ahow all modes in one picture, but I will put a good fan art of him my friend Soulang drew :D

Question:
If he isn't in a room, does that automatically make him the tallest person in the world?
Or does he just assume a "normal" height?

I think by room he meant general vicinity
