Heck, there is already a an automatic channel suggestion feature on the darn site. Try to improve on that with your suggestion of a voting system? It's partially interesting idea, by the way.

I just recently found out that YouTube was created in like 2008 or something. It feels like I've been on YouTube since I was an infant, logging in righty after I slid out the womb.
