Appearance: Ramos is a lean hispanic male with straight, jet black hair that comes down to his chin and black-brown eyes. His general wardrobe consists of shorts and tank tops, but his most consistent outfit is a pair of gold and blue gym shorts accompanied by a tank top of similar colors. On his back Ramos possesses a gold running backpack filled with unknown contents.

Personality:
Ramos only ever stops for specific people. Those he has spoken to have stated his personality as being impatient and extremely active, as though he is always being rushed and is always on a tight schedule. Those he's had less favorable encounters with consider him a coward of sorts, however, as the runner always takes off at the first sign of trouble. We know that he's a good salesman though. Most people he runs in to end up buying his master product without even knowing what it is, and then either refuse to disclose the contents of their deal or are unaware as to whether or not they have received it yet.

About:
Ramos is a travelling salesman often spotted in North America and Southeast Europe at varying times of throughout the year. He always appears for a specific person and will track down that person undeterred by even the most challenging obstacles. Ramos then proceeds to strike a deal with them, selling an unknown product that has often been described as "simply life-changing".

Abilities:

Unstoppable Force- So, the majority of Ramos' special abilities revolve around his ability to run. He can continue to run until what we can only assume is the end of time, never showing any signs of tiring or fatigue(no sweat, no stumbling, etc.). He's never been spotted stopping for even a split second to drink, rest, or even eat, and and sure as help won't stop for anyone looking to interrupt his route.

Slippery- For a guy who never sweats, Ramos can be pretty difficult to get your hands on. His parkour abilities are off the charts, he appears virtually immune(or at the very least aware) to any time-altering abilities and always escapes, and has an awe-inspiring reaction timing(is that the right term?)- able to shift course and make decisions without so much as a blink of the eye.

Misc.- Oh yeah, he's pretty fast. I mean, I knew kids faster than him in high school but the guy's quick.

Desired Outcome:
Captured. To be frank, I'm pretty Sencarn is just curious as to what it is this guy's peddling, but we'd also like to have the specifics of his abilites officially document. I theorize his stamina is the result of enhancement/augmentation, Giselle is convinced he's just not human, and the boss, as usual, suspects "foul play" of sorts when it comes to his deals. As you can probably gather, capturing this guy will be no small feat. That's why we're sending multiple of you. Best of luck.

Races: Ava is an unknown entity while Ricon is a human(caucasian)
Ages: ?? & late 30s
Heights: 4 foot 11 inches and 5 foot 9 inches

Appearances:
Ava is a living, dense cloud of particles, floating about the earth alongside Ricon. Her body is a dark purple and relatively plump in appearance despite being virtually weightless and her hair matches in color, coming down to the tailbone in a rich streams(resembling dread locks, kind of?). Everything she creates is of the same substance/color.

Ricon is a relatively heavy-set man with a husky build and muscled arms. His bald head glistens in the suns and the tiny black shades practically glued to his pale, bulky dome are topped only by the denim jacket he wears. His body is covered in various tattoos and scars, though most are covered by the sleeveless t-shirt beneath that insufferable jacket of his. His pants are ripped on purpose, of course, and the chain that connects his back pocket to his front is purely for show. He wields both a modified skeet shotgun that shoots nails and sawn-off shotgun that releases conclusive blasts of air(more or less for creating distance or dealing non-lethal damage) rather than actual shrapnel.

Personalities:

While Ricon is typically more hot-headed and quick to cause trouble, Ava is a much more curious airhead. She doesn't really mind assisting Ricon in his criminal antics(as he's a close person to her), but is much more interesting in the wondrous and fantastical. She will kill if Ricon gives the order, and feels absolutely no remorse for doing so. She is, essentially, his willing puppet(though, to her, their bond is more of the family type deal). She can't speak, but is pretty good at expressing what she wants/needs/etc. via body(cloud?) language.

Ricon sees Ava as a loyal pet. Loves the dumb thing to death, but won't ever risk his life for hers and certainly doesn't have as much respect. That's not to say that he doesn't show her respect or appreciate her abilities, however. In fact, Ricon praises her work often and knows when to back off if he's being insensitive or stubborn. He's just not as emotionally attached as he is. To him, she's the prize for all his hard work to "raise" her. Ricon is a criminal first and foremost, always looking for the next big score or the last person to wrong him. He prefers brute force, bulky tactics, and in-your face combat.

About:
Ricon and Ava are a criminal pair frequently involved in petty crimes such as bank robberies, home invasion, and pretty much anything that involved hurting people and making money. Claiming to have "raised" the non-human entity, Ricon uses Ava for his own personal gain, while Ava genuinely enjoys Ricon's company. The two have been at large for awhile now, though hopefully we can finally get a pair as potentially dangerous as these two off the streets.

Abilities)

(Ava)Matter Shift- Ava can manipulate the matter in her body as she chooses, erecting spikes and various other augmentations from her body at will. If she tosses a chunk of her body elsewhere, she can manipulate that chunk as well. However, dispersing herself too much will result in death.

(Ava)Cloud Body- Ava is weightless. As such, she can float about and hover freely with little to no resistance(wind is her only issue). However, because of he body's constitution, Ava is extremely fragile. Simply waving away parts of her body or blasting her particles apart will kill her. Of course, that's only if you can hit her. If she happens to recollect parts of her body, she'll continue to live until you can destroy the whole thing.

(Ricon)Shotgun Happy- Ricon wields both a skeet shotgun that shoots nails and a sawn-off double barrel that blasts concussive air in a target direction(creating space or dealing minor damage) to keep Ava in check.

Desired Outcome:
Assassinated... at least in Ava's case. If the cloud girl were any smarter, her insane reach could turn her into a weapon of mass destruction. Your jobs are to stop her before she can become a serious threat. While Ricon could simply be subdued and presented to the proper authorities, we'd prefer the secret to Ava's origins remain a mystery to us all. They won't go down easily, but I'm confident you all should fine with such a this simple match up.

Appearance:
A lithe woman with very little muscle, Kari Nyugen possesses almost-black eyes and auburn hair that hangs straight down to her collarbone. Very professional in appearance, she can often be found wearing designer dresses, shoes, and jewelry.

Personality:
Educated and well-spoken to the point she can shut down most arguments before they begin, Mrs. Nyugen is a currently preparing herself to run for a crucial political position. She is a very passionate woman with strong, moralistic values and an eye for problem solving. She cares for people and their plights, and will fight someone elsewhere battles if necessary. She is no fool, and is not easily persuaded.

About:
An aspiring government official, Kari Nyugen has taken it upon herself to rid the world of its many flaws. She's been known to take on monumental projects like combating world hunger or ending senseless wars, and is very popular among the people. Her most recent project, you might ask? Uprooting and disposing of terrorist cells, gangs, and corruption embedded in the nation... namely Sanctuary among others.

Ability)

Political influence- Even without holding an official position in government, Kari Nguyen's name holds a lot of weight. The public already adores her as is, so she's expected to move up soon.

Desired Outcome:
Recruited. While we don't necessarily want her shacking up with us here underground, it would make things much easier if her opinion of Sanctuary were to be swayed. Right now, we're nothing more than a bunch of terrorists and assassins in the public eye... that's going to have to change soon if we expect to get anywhere. I want you all to show her Sanctuary is more than a hut for mercenaries and killers.
