In speed mode his stamina drained 2x more than hand combat it depends on time how long he use it. Fighting speedster will make him hard to unleash his punch to the opponent. Regenerating his stamina need time, so you may attack him in this condition. He also will fainted if he using his stamina too much he will wake up about 1 hours, do whatever you wants.
=Story=
Norec doesn't has any family his parents died after 1 month he born. Norec was born in a trash can eating people food in the trash can. And then after about 12 years he realized that his not a child anymore and want to had a job. Soon, after 3 years he got bullying from people now he live in the bottom of bridge. After that a mysterious meteor arrive on earth beside the bridge. The first who look up to it is Norec he began to go down and what that thing. He wanted to touch it but that thing jump and be one with Norec's hand. He call it metal bracelet. The next day he got bullying from 4 people and he really angry, Norec doesn't even know the metal bracelet absorbing energy. After that Norec punched the first peep and the 4 of them died. Peoples saw him and began to run to their home. Norec run and he doesn't recognize that now his in a desert. But, he recognize that he really tired than a mysterious man give him a scarf. That man say "Go to the Stick City you will find something there". Norec wear that scarf and run to the Stick City. He found something about RHG and join it cause he bored. And also that mysterious man had bought a house for Norec to live in.
