Yeah so, this is a thread dedicated to my discovery of quotes that I think are AWESOME.
1. The oldest quotes are at the top, and the newest are on the lower levels.
2. I always censor the bad words in quotes (because I don't want people to quote obscenities).
3. I'll try to keep this quoting a DAILY thing if I can. If not, well, keep looking for new entries!
4. I will not quote responses to this post.
5. You CAN discuss interesting quotes of your own discovery on this thread! BUT if you do...please refrain from putting up offensive/heavily controversial messages (e.g. sexual/political/inappropriate stuff).
The spoiler dates are only of the days I discovered the quote. The actual quote could be from a thread much older. The treasure trove I've got my eye on is the Chat Thread. Oh YES.
WHY am I doing all this? Well, my ultimate goal is to have this thread mainly as a source for signature-worthy quotes. Otherwise they're just here for anyone to read and reflect on. So, enjoy!

So I was in a RHG Character viewing spree and it's just so dull that 50% of them just have a sword and that's it.
Where has creativity gone?
Swords are also kind of easier to animate. What I would like to see is flails. Yeah. Flails are cool. But they are difficult to animate. I guess the newbies could get away with being unimaginative since they don't have much skill, but once they learn more it would be good to challenge themselves by using different choreography and weapons in their animations.
There's no difference with animating a sword, a battleaxe, a club, a huge mallet, or a stick (if we're strictly speaking about the common 2D animation). But you still see way more swords.
It's because swords are just more badass. There are different kinds of swords in every culture that matured in warfare and there are even famous swords like Excalibur and Ame-no-Murakumo-no-Tsurugi.
Good job letting us separate ourselves from your countries ****** rules and then spending the next few hundred years trying to be as similar to us as possible.
Lag Spikes: Sometimes a game is running fine and then as soon as you and your team get to a clash point with enemies, you somehow jerk to the other side of the map or vibrate across an invisible wall without you even touching your mouse or keyboard.
