Hey Gildedguy, I'm not usually big on animation but this was incredible. I can't point out critique on the animation aspect, so here's my thoughts on the other parts:
There were just some parts that left me unclear what was going on. Like at 1:40 where Gildedguy's armor starts reaching out after the people he cares about in his memories. What's happening here? Is it symbolism that by reaching out to his good memories for comfort, he's trying to ensnare them and suck them dry? I don't really know even after rewatching the whole animation many times (because it's so good I had to enjoy it again).
The other part that confused me was a thing near the end: Gildedguy's armor overtaking Bog seemed to be a huge moment of Gildedguy not being able to be hurt by him anymore, but Bog just broke free of the armor right away so I couldn't grasp what had been accomplished there. Bog just sort of easily breaks out... and then immediately gives up. Not to say I would know better, but I would have imagined Bog struggling to break out and being unable to; giving up just like Gildedguy did when he was swallowed by the goo, until Gildedguy chose to release him and gave his unspoken offering of peace.
It's just my thoughts, and my confusions aren't questions to be answered rather than them being points where you could improve your silent storytelling skillz. But I thoroughly enjoyed this
