I think lacrosse is up there with some of the hardest sports. It's extremely physically demanding. You need to be able to run fast, and have a lot of endurance. You also need to be strong so you don't get knocked around. It's pretty rough too, as a an attackman, have the big heavy metal sticks slashing at me all the time, and my pads don't cover my entire body.

It also takes a lot of athletisism to be able to control the ball and make good passes and rip shots.

i think either paintball/airsoft are the hardest or hockey is

Paintball/Airsoft
because one wrong step and you could be out and lose the game for your team

Hockey
its so physically demanding and your constantly being pushed and knocked down

I agree with angelex21. Martial arts, which I do a lot, is very taxing on your body, and, painful. YOu need a lot of endurance and strength, moreso than in some other sports. But i do think running and swimming are the biggest endurance sports. because you don't stop, you just keep going. But I still think Martial Arts, especially boxing/kickboxing are the hardest.

I'm surprised no one said Parkour yet. =/

Thats because parkour isn't a sport. And if you are somehow competing in parkour you have lost the very meaning of it.

Why do people say airsoft/paintball. Jesus christ. It doesn't hurt THAT bad you stupid little pussies. So many fat ass faggots at my school looking at paint ball magazines. "Dude, check out this dude. He is so cool. He gets shot all the time and blah blah blah". I don't give a rats ass.

Hockey...
1. Practice is hard as **** and i have it 4 times a week
2. You need strength in all the major muscles (Biceps, Pecs, Triceps, Quads, Hamstrings, Calves, Forearms, and Core muscles.)
3. You need different skills (multitasking[skating and stickhandling], quick thinking, and fast reflexes.)
4. You must be fast for you will never do well.
5. one-word... checking
6. Extreme teamwork
7. Being able to take a, youth league, puck at 30-40 mph and pro at up to 60 mph.

When you are a QB you have lots of resure and then you might get sacked.I was a QB, my longest pash was about 20 yards. But, I would mostley do QB Power, it is were the QB gets to run the ball, I realy scored alot of Tuch Downs and First Downs, with that play. But, Football is very hard because you have to go outside and practice what ever your poistion is.I wa going to sign up, but the day before I sprang my arm, how these 13 litle kis pushed me down to the ground, I almost brook my arm, but later my friend Joey and I started calling them names, so they cried, and then I said, Do Not Do That Again.

Definitely not hardest, though.
