@ God of Darkness: Your smoothness must be at 0 or somin. Change it to a higher number, I recommend around 50-60. But don't trust my word, get some advice from an inter such as RAFFEH or someone.

It's not the same...I also upped the FPS...damn antiup changing the god damn FPS...cause its slower then in flash.

Oh and ya you should up the FPS on the animation. Also the body should move a little bit more I think, but thats just me. Also look at kicking in Pivot or easytoon, those may help to.

Any way, how did you do that outline?

I know you use the ink bottle tool but this is what always happens

Instead of doing that on every limb try just hitting the head and see if it works. Also see if all the limbs are connected if there not then I'll just make a video of me doing it.

kamehaa you really need to work on physics, resizing, and anticipation.
