So that would make it....ever. He resizes a bit, right off the bat, as he straightens out for the walk. no easing either, and very little anticipation.
What framerate did you use?

Uh...the default frame rate I guess. I never changed it.

alrighty.I, personally, recommend working with 24. minimum framerate to trick the mind into thinking that it isn't just seeing individual pictures, but continual motion. Also, it lets you smooth things a bit more, through double framing and slightly modifying the image in each doubled frame.

Thats a strange way to say 24 frame rate is smooth by the way. I've been waiting on a new comp to come up

I figured I had to elaborate. 24 fps is faster, but unless done properly, it isn't any smoother. thus, the mess of explanation regarding double framing from 12 fps

Ok they were all wobbly. I'll be straight to the point.
Double Punch needed more anticipation, there is some resizing still.
Run test -> Resizing it looks better at the beginning when he was leaning forward.
Fight Test -> Weird reaction after the punch and the blue man changes colors.
A few things among others I found. Keep working.

Following(somewhat) Hyun's youtube tutorial, I added the grid, zoomed in, and drew each body part individually. I also set the framerate to 24...after I made the animation, >.<. Enjoy...

Default Framerate

24 Framerate

Plan to keep the framerate at 24 from now on, and I've found the tablet I want, just have to save up for it.

if you use 24 fps I sugest you to add inbetween frames, it hapens too quick.

what do you think about that?
I know the first kick doesn't look very realistic but I couldn't improve it

Yea, the movements were definitely unrealistic in yours joshua.
The speed in bases is good if you want a fast ass speed fight scene
