I think simpler animations might be better for you right now. Studies and tests like The Bouncing Ball and things like that.
Quote from MaTcroFoeI'm not sure if you were referring to me because of the show called bums town or some else xD if you were than yea I will be more active on irc lol.
I think Jdogg was talking to Hobozarus who posted just above you, lol.
Quote from yoghurtI just started using flash now instead if pivot and this is what i made :)

All the movements seemed strange to me, sort of as if the stickfigure was made of rubber and was being moved by strings. Maybe that was on purpose though. You probably should focus on physics tests.

Give me suggestions and tell me what you didn't like on my animation.
Also tell me what am I doing right ( to let me know if I should keep doing that way )
Also I think the particles at the end seemed to be a little restricted to one area. Try to fan them out more, maybe they should move faster too.

Really trying to work on these concepts:
Running
The amount of frames needed for smoothness
Punch movement
The sound and effects are just to liven things up, ya know, give it that special feel. So please feel free to give feedback.

Pretty good. I think you should animate more basic things and work on stick-figure construction. You can make the floor stay the same by putting it on a different layer than the figures, refer to a tutorial to understand. Also try not to make any more random fights, they might upset some people.

That was okay. Though maybe you need to work on these concepts as well:
Gravity
Recoil
Follow-through
And basic things like that.
Although I imagine the animation was supposed to be a little bit unrealistic, the above concepts seem to be acknowledged by most as necessary to learn and understand.

Well, first try of... well, I don't know what the fuck is this. It started as my first attempt with angles... http://www.fileize.com/view/6f794b43-28d/
So, any good tut for angles? I really don't know how to start with it...
EDIT: Also, the file is just my avatar ;)

Not too much to say, that's very nice for a first try, it seems that you already know how to ease and flow. :o

Yes. This is first try with something else than just 2-D stick fight... So yeah, I know a bit (but I'm not good at it, I still don't know how to apply "power" to the attacks, they all seem weak).
