needing CnCs.please :)
Quote from Azure KiteYour animation has some smoothness, but the first punch has no force to it, then the whole thing seems to go a bit too fast. The particles weren't particularly well done, and this is nitpicking, but your trail on the last uppercut could use work.

Quote from AtomicappleSince you sent me the fla to cnc that animation i thought i might as well record it. But unluckily is was 18 minutes long and to long for youtube.
So ill give you cnc here.
After a brief glance at the timeline i realized that you dont know what double framing is. Double framing is your best friend. It hides lazyness and can be used to show force. Just use f5 on a frame. It'll grow longer. Use it the frame before attacks for force. I use it alot.(http://i.imgur.com/1f65URB.png )
You also put the stickfigure separated n multiple layers. Learn to get used to drawing everything on one layer. It saves time and effort.
You also use the free transform tool as easing. Never do that. It looks ugly.
Also you should rotate both arm limbs while punching. At the last part you wanted to recoil or something.
Here is a reference for it http://prntscr.com/3518cs.
You must snap the whole body of the stick back while recoiling. See how the last image is similar to the first image. You could make the stick punch again if you want. You should double frame at the second picture. Of course everyone has their own style. Thats just how i do it.
The purple stick seems bigger than the green stick in the begging. They are very disproportionate and ugly. The green stick also resizes during the kick.
The green sticks first reaction was funny. He just wobbled a bit. Make him walk backward or something.
The particles are obviously rushed. Spend some more time on it and ill cnc that.
Quote from BeefcakeYou are correct in saying I don't double frame often enough, I tried double framing but it just made it look choppy, maybe because I only double framed every once in a while instead of more often than not as in your example. I didn't know to double frame before the impact moment, I thought the idea was to double frame on the frame of impact, I will try to double frame the moment before impact. I won't free transform next time. For the recoil I didn't know it was supposed to continue in the direction the arm was moving, I thought it was like the slide of a gun, going directly opposite of it's normal direction, I will experiment with that as well. And yes the green stick and his reactions were incredibly rushed, I just wanted to get something out to see how it looked when he had a target, I will spend more time on the reactors. I have another question though, should I animate it one attack at a time and animate the reaction before I start the next attack or should I do a few attacks at a time? Thanks again peanut butter and crackers
