Well first i'll just say your flaws then suggestions.

Flaws:

1.) Too much wobbling..
2.) Work on the gravity
3.) Needs more easing
4.) Hits need spacing and force
5.) At first, the purple guy had one hand, then later on he had two...?
6.) I can see some resizing there..

Suggestions:

1.) Try making your hand steady to prevent wobblyness.. this may a lot need practice.
2.) Well, just remember how things work, how heavy they are..
3.) Try doing the things the sticks were doing in real life, check on how you're doing it, and learn from it.
4.) Spacing is just how large the space is from the previous frame to the frame where he punches or kicks. Force is just how hard does the reaction of the guy getting hit looks like (i hope i explained it well..)
5.) Complete the animation before submitting man
6.) Try activating the grid, Ctrl + ' (if you're using flash 8)

Hope this helped man! Keep animating and stay motivated!

1.) Resize of limbs.

2.) Tempo is too bland. Add a bit of change to it. Think of choreography as a musical piece. Sometimes there's a crescendo, sometimes there's a Diminuendo.

3.) Stop and Go motion.

4.) Overall, it's uncomfortable to watch with the camera view. Like, can you increase the canvas size? It's weird watching it when it's so small. I mean, I get it if it's a single scene but it drags on way too long.

Personal Note: Don't do repetitive things. Why not try to animate something new?

Damn I like it! Smooth. But it's kinda hard to give proper cnc when the stick is so small. Maybe try add a V-cam so we could see it from up close :)

When i first started animating, i animated for 3 days and then i quit doing it, and now i wanted to try doing something again, and it turned out as awful as i imagined.

Probably what someone else would suggest, but it's really, really helpful to go ahead and try learning and understanding the 12 principles of animation. As it turns out Alan Becker did a video series on this, and I found it really useful. It's short and has a lot of helpful visuals.

All other parts were okay, but tthe throwing part..

it doesn't feels like his carrying or throwing that stick figure, but that stick figure looks like its floating. Also, it is weird when the stick figure did the split when he got throwned.

Fix it. ( but the animation is okay. )
