How he goes up and down each step botheres me...
dont exaggerate the walk, keep it normal... try walking in real life and try to visualize what you're doing step by step

the stick is wobbly and the turn needs work man, the gravity on the rope is weird...
the rope should fall from slow to fast.. try doing that rope action in real life with at least a thread and see what happens and try to analyze, although you might look like a crazy person doing so

I gotcha, thanks! I'll definitely work on the rope. Are there any motions I could practice animating to help with the rotation though?

Another question: I see what you mean on the stick being wobbly. This is just a result of my hand being unsteady. Does this just work itself out over time, or is there a way to specifically deal with this?

1. Try looking at your self when you turn around..
2. You'll get used to that overtime, just as long as you keep practicing, but don't forget to also turn on the onion skin (beside the fps count) to avoid being wobbly

Alrighty, noted! I'll make sure to work on all of those in whatever I do next.

For now though:

I know the kick itself is a little awkward, but could I get some CnC on everything else leading up to and after the kick?

And:

This is an old one I worked on when I was at first trying to get started. (and then I took a break...) Cnc on anything in the entire sequence would be nice.

Hello,

I have made a flash animation. This is a work in progress, and also my first ever flash project as well. Like I said, its a work in progress, so the camera is still being worked on, and the animation may need to have some improvements.
Any tips appreciated.
Thanks,

Alright, so I was working on this a little bit before I went to sleep and finished it when I got back home:

Personally I feel the arm could use a little bit of smoothing out towards the top, and the rope needs a bit more gravity on it during the swing, but any other cnc would be nice.
