Hmm. Thanks for your comment, Draco'X. I attempted to do what you asked. First of all, I just made the stickman taller when he was in his idle stance at the beginning. I also trimmed the length of his legs and arms when he was in midjump. Overall, I feel this balanced out the character's size nicely. I also tried to make him jump higher. Here it is.

Please, just call me Draco. And that doesn't seem to have any flaws, from what I see. However, I'd recommend asking somebody else. I'm not that good at this stuff.

Thanks, Draco.

I'm not sure who else to ask, though. This thread was made for beginners to post their animations, so I'm assuming a veteran of sorts will come by and comment.

That wasn't the best first Flash I've seen, it was actually really bad.

Sorry to say so, but you need to read tutorials, work on physics and some more stuff.

I never said it was good...:(
Lol anyways...I'd thought I'd try some flash but failed pretty bad.

Here is an animation of a stickman getting impaled by a sword that acts of its own accord. Do you guys think I got the physics right? I am unsure. I also intend to add more blood, but that shall come later!

I think... You should add some sounds when the guy gets hit by the sword, And delete the voice... What is there allready... And the libs in the stickman were stiff. But over all its pretty good for very beginner...
And, Try to make better blood.Thats all, Try to fix it.

(Sorry, Shitty post... I suck at giving critisim...)

Kthx, Bye.

seems like a dummy stickman by looking at the way it moves and the blood stains could be better but its smooth

Here is my most recent attempt at a blood spurt. I tried my best to make gravity act upon it, and form a puddle on the "ground". Here it is.

Also, thank you for your comments on my previous animation. I will try my best to make use of your suggestions.

I think that you should try some easing with the limbs, and make them move a little slower... but what do I know, I suck at animating.

The frame rate seemed low... and it was a bit jumpy (probably from the fps). Some of the things happened too fast as well. Also, the stuff with the V-cam seemed unnecessary and it made it more confusing.

This is my first attempt at a beam (and V-cam). Tell me what I can do to improve.
