I think that last punch was a little rushed. but nonetheless, that was a pretty slick animation! Here are some of the things i made:
these are basic movements i've tried. I'm way newer to flash and i only practice like, once a month.
On my youtube page i post my vids under "Psythe878" because i can't link here yet T_T. I made small crappy anims as tests and now i practice basic movements. I made 'running' , 'fight scene' (which is running + punching), 'kicking' and 'preview round 3'.
I plan to make 'round 3' a longer flash as my november project ^-^ hope you guys look me up!

My tests revolve around mr.stick beating up the training dummy, tetzu-twig (or tetzu-stick. watever :p).

Robecor, try to animate the person's reactions better. He was extremely wobbly.

^nedwardturtl, you should practice more on anticipation and easing. Remember, gravity amplifies force so take time to emphasise the landing AND the getting up.

@nedwardturtl : It is resizing and wobbly. Zoom in and use grid.
