Always put weapons on a seperate layer. its better to draw out a more complicated sword, make it into an object (movie clip or graphic will both work fine) and then have it on its own layer. that way you can use frame by frame for the stick and just do new keyframes for the weapon

I use the pencil tool, 15 Thickness.
I use onion skin.
I use multiple layers.

Meh. its ok. The enemy doesnt anticipate at all, and the reactions really weird (just stepping back casually)
Try and make it a bit more fluid.

hey,I stink at flash :`( please,I have it,and Ive tried to make videos on it,but sense after each frame the whole thing deletes and u have to draw the background and sticks all over again, even if it takes patiense,it is really hard to draw the exact thing again, which ends up as a bunch of scribbless....please make me a tutorial!!!Im on my knees! If you have noticed, all the best movies and games in this portal have been made with flash,in other worlds, the top ten in games and the top ten in movies are FLASH!!!HELP!!!!!

*clears throught*..well..you can press F6 to 'Insert Keyframe' or you could always right click on the timeline, on the next keyframe and click 'Insert Keyframe'... lol..hope that helped..

.... Why did you animate a box? nothing happens. Theres no motion. Make an animation and then youll get some feedback...

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll keep in it mind.
I animated a box because just for practice. Like animating a ball before a stick.

Well, I might not be able to do any animating for a while. the comp with flash on it died (the os was on an ooooold hard drive), so I'll only bbe able to offer c&c for a bit.
