doesn't look all too bad actually
of course, there is wobble in it, but it looked ok so far. but try doing it normally at first, also maybe make the head an object (ctrl + g) and then put it on an other layer, where you can move it without having to redraw it, simply by moving it, with every frame you go on (F6 creates a new frame, where it still shows the old frame, F7 would make a new key frame)
