Hm, the person should bounce when they hit the wall, and the kicker should kick slower.

As well, the drawings could be smoother.

And when the foot hits the person is about when they should start reacting to it. They should fly back instantly after that.

And try working on a different kick style, since a kick like that would generally be weak.

Run sucks; more in-between frames and easing. The particles were actually very good at a beginner level. Just work on the stickman's animation itself; don't move into effects and particles until you're better at basic animation.
