Very smooth I must say.

But your attacks didn't appear to have much force behind them, it looked more like he was prodding him than punching.

you should right away jump into animating walk loops and the bouncing ball test.

The bouncing ball test is to increase your understanding of easing and gravity, etc,
While the walk loops are mandatory for all animators to keep in touch with the body of what they're animating.

The dark lighting is a shame, those smooth movements being hidden in the dark contrast. The swinging looked odd with the black ball moving without any transition.

It's pretty fluid though the run looks odd.

Thanks for the advice. I'm probably going to make the ball split into 4 balls instead of making it teleport or whatnot like it is right now.

My first real running animation. Sorry the stick is kinda small, I was drawing at 400% zoom. Tried my best to make it as smooth as possible.
