You should export it as a swf and also...

To draw a stickman correctly watch this tutorial, you then develop your style around that tutorial i.e thickness and head size and all of that

Pretty good head animation. Just a small advice you probably won't need. You can use the mouse tool to move it smoothly.

not bad...you can also try to make some one jump or run it's a good training.
Moreno:
the ball is a bit shaky ... watch your onion skin
try to make some one run

and use the line tool or the oval tool
