That was really good, what I noticed is that my eyes make a natural motion blur to the movements which means that you are doing them realistically.

Hey guys, I just tried flash 8 for animatin and its SUPER HARD, some people say it's easier to use than pivot so i tried it out but for me it's harder... or is it just because I'm new to the program? and just so you know I've been using pivot for about 2 years

It's pretty hard for a pivoteer to switch over just like that since flash has a very different layout and techniques to animate with.
Don't worry, you'll get into it very soon. Trust me, I have experience ;3

The whole thing is pretty slow, you should speed it up a tad.
The movements look unnatural, try to study on how a normal human runs.
If I'd have to be picky, it's resizing at a few moments. Not much tho.
Otherwise it's not that choppy and very good for a 2nd. Good job :)

the 24 fps one looks much more smoother than the 30fps, which looks like he just zipped across the room with no reactions whatsoever
