The explosion looks crappy
Stop using the default stick
Its generaly choppy, uneased and stiff
There isn't enough force to launch the grenade that fast

I suggest you keep working on the basics,

Make a ball falling like the one i made up a couple of posts
And i'll see where you need to improve,

My only complaints would be:
-It looked like you slowed down the ball in order to get the collision right
-The backflip looks like you used the man_rotate
-And, the landing looks kinda off, i think its the back leg but not sure
