He needs to bend his legs more before the jump and then go up faster, but generally it's not bad. Maybe do more with the arms. They tend to just sit in the chest a bit too much in my opinion.

That won't work because that is a document saved on your computer, not a file uploaded to the the internet. Go to imageshack.us and upload it there.

It doesn't speed up enough at the bottom.
Here, look at this.
See how it continually picks up speed while falling? and gradually loses momentum at the top of the bounce?
