It's not smooth at all. Guy should learn some easing. Here's a tutorial on DarkDemon. Learn from it.

The tutorial waffles posted would probably do you well
Other than that, move every limb every frame, and the dude on the right starts with a broken leg
saying something is good when it isn't is the opposite of helping out btw

No, if possible don't think "how should I move this limb," think "How would I move that limb." Everything moves when you move even if it's subtly, you don't have move some things as much as others but everything in the boddy works together in every movement

you are a beginner
your movements don't really make sense from a realistic point of view, your hits have absolutely no force to them, and it'd probably do you well to look at that tutorial waffles posted as well

ZephAxix I know a way to add force into your attacks to add force when the attack makes contact create 2 frames of the hit so it looks like it creates force I looked at oxob or hyun to find that out
