menma,I agree with jake1002, move all the joints every frame, it will make your stiffness disappear

and Jake1002, I think you should make longer anim, cause that one is smooth....

and billster, I think you should try imageshack.us or trupload.com

I think the problem is how you save it. Are you using pivot 3 or 2?

Im not too fond of that anim.. its the first i made since flash. I seemed to think the rotation would work well but forgot that pivot doesn't have adjustable limb lengths :P

Hi. Don't mind me, I am a newbie in animation. I still don't know if I will come to appreciate this medium (Photoshop is my bigger asset), but damn, I really wanted to animate something.

I tried to follow rules I have been finding around: Easy'ing, flow, making sure all the joints have been moved, making your own stickman.

Since mostly everyone suggests to start with punches and kicks, I decided to start with wall-scaling. Well, I did stick to suggestion of not posting your first animation, so I didn't. It's second one.
With all the stickfighting going around, I don't think anyone can say to me, that freerunning is a tired subject since after Mirror's Edge came out. :] I would like to do more of wall-runs, somersaults, leaps and drops in future.

Image

I can see, that frame I made is a bit too big and I don't yet know what to do, to increase FPS of gif you are seeing. Maybe it's bmp. background that slows it all?
Any critique will be appreciated. [Do I post a smiley, or not?? Damn... that's a tough choice.]

EDIT: I unchecked merge, and gave frame delay. It's fine now.
EDITEDIT: Damn, since when imageshack does not provide with direct link? I had to hand-pick it from their thumbnail codes.

all you have to do is
0. save your pivot as a gif
1. get a photobucket acount
2. upload your pivot gif
3.copy the forum code (it looks like this: Image)
4. paste it in your post
