i just made this kicking move and i think that the actual kick is good but when he is bending down it is choppy i tried to fix it but i couldn't figure out what is wrong NEED HELP

ok is the whole thing stiff or just certain parts .....................and im a low beginner right?

well the dudes flip kick type thing the back wasnt stiff but pretty much everything else was
