Here's the throw re-done. I faded the blue bastard out because he was too dificult to destiff and he was a distraction from the real point of this anim.

Yep, it's good now.
Still, he's stiff on the begin.

At the very beginning it's still for a few frames just so that the loop doesn't hurt anyone's eyes. I could afford to ease him back a little I suppose.
Anyway, I went to dd and posted some of my better ones. Guess who the first crit was from? 'Twas our old friend Jpiv, no less. He criticised the position of my stick's legs during the jump. Meh.
Anyhoo, how do you lot recon I could improve the position of the legs in this:

That's a text example of what easing is.

It means that someone tried to explain easing to you without a set of diagrams like the ones in the tut here:
Easing
Easing is acceleration and deceleration. In pivot this involves moving something very little in the first frame, a bit more in the second, even more in the third, etc.
Zyles’ example of easing (thanks):

And my representation:
Eased:

I recon you could pull his legs down a bit more, (with easing) then slowy let them let up, and go back to normal level.
