Sina can leave the beginners section by my eyes, but he could thicken his sticks a bit, its like watching a stickbug fight.

I think before he leaves the beginners section he needs to get easing down because his animations are VERY choppy.

No anticipation, he should punch straight not down, during the animation the guy is floating upward, when he kicks the non-kicking leg is bent forward instead of being straight, he would fall over in real life if he kicked like he did in your animation.

Hes not ready to leave beginners.

It's not much eased, and it looks like he just got off the crapper, it's that stiff, bend the legs more(except for the leg with pressure on it)and make sure there's a crossing point between legs
