Just delete a frame or two of the kick. The leg must be fast to be strong enough to create the a tremor of that magnitude. Smooth doesn't equal slow.

It needs better easing, because when you kick, you don't simply lift your leg.
Also the grounded leg doesn't move naturally in my opinion.
