@nathy, those all have potential, except in the walk the feet slide, keep them in there place, feet would help, and in the running you need to bend the back and make it less stiff, in the punch you gotta move the legs a little and bend the back, kinda leaning while punching, in the kick you need to move the arms and use the back joint, all animations need easing and no stiffness, practice stiffness by trying to move every joint in every frame

Nathy. The kicks and punches themselves were ok, but you should do something with the rest of the stick to reduce stiffness.

The blood is acceptable, but it needs to fan out more, be smaller to start with, and start to curve towards the ground with gravity.

As for the walk and run - http://www.stickpageportal.com/forums/showthread.php?t=104748 - a run is essentially a walk but with longer strides and air time.
