@zed: Imo, the legs are too much spread, so it looks quite weird. Do you jump with legs so far from eachother? It will only hinder(?) you.

It's a good point. I do it because it lets you see both legs, but the other way is more realistic.

Well if you decide to have on limb cover the other limb and move them the same way like they are one, it is the really lazy way to do it. But it does overall look better if you animate both legs separately.

but if you jump, it's just a fact that your legs usually jump the same way. You usually have them on the same line, and not one leg fore the other. It's just as zed said: it's more realistic. Lazy, but reallistic.

Either way it's really how you yourself want to animate things.

True, however less realistic can be good if you are getting a nicer quality flip out of it.
