I think you need to work on your easing most of all. It wasn't stiff which is good. I'm not sure it was saved right because it seemed quite choppy. Also, it's best not to use the base stick.
Welcome back, btw. You'll get back into it in no time.

View Profile Hi zed chears for the welcome,
The choppyness is my fault i did not gadge the right distances between frames for the movement, not sure about the save i just did it as a gif but left all the options as default, i cant seam to find any of my old posts which is a shame so i cant compare to what i was doing back then to this. All i have is my avi which is stored on this site.
edit..........
Done a new one it is a better frame rate and and less jerky.

View Profile I seem to recognise that style from somewhere...
It's very good for a first attempt. The easing is very nice. Your only real mistakes were accidentally bending the knee the wrong direction for a frame or two just before the back leg picks up and you need to ease the movement of the lower arm relative to the elbow. If I wanted to be really picky I'd say you should make the stick bob up and down slightly as the feet stay the same level and you need to use a diferent stick with a back joint, but generally very good. Keep it up.
@Skyth: that's much smoother. You need to try to move every joint in every frame to reduce stiffness and the knees should bend a bit more after landing to absorb the impact but it's not bad in terms of movement. The spacing might be a bit small but that's not a bad way to start because it helps get the movements better and it's easier to delete surpless frames than to insert new ones.

No, it just looks so much like your tut on walking, that you'd

Don't do such animations unless you know the basics (physics, easing,...).

View Profile Well a normal walk would have about 6 to 8 frames, normally 6.
Your walk wasn't bad overal, but stops every step.
And your sig: Isn't that just the standard anim witch is already in 2.2.5
