zed what exactly did you mean by easing?

Look here: http://www.stickpageportal.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1582816#post1582816

Easing is covered at the top of the second post.

Here's a punch test with OUT the slo-mo like last time, CC pwease xD
*After I posted, I realized that the back leg came up a little to early and makes it look like he is about to start walking ._."*

OR, the leg hit the ground way to gentle and made it look like all the strength was on the upper half of the body =\
Like a superman punch but on his knees....

I wouldn't say the back leg came up too early. Punching can be done in the middle of a walk. If anything it's better because the leg shouldn't be moving as fast as the arm but it needs to finish at roughly the same time. That leads on to my other point, I think he should have landed the step on the same frame as the punch.

I think the easing was pretty good, but could have used another frame of one pixel movement after he comes back up.

The leg on the ground was a bit stiff, it could have moved him further forwards to get more force.

It's very good overall, especially bearing in mind how recently you started.

The right general idea, but a bit shaky and uneased. I think your saving is still wrong too - you need to set frame delay to 6.

Ghost, I've cc'd elsewhere.

You know you don't mean that. You saw what it did to megaanims. Traditional realism looks good though, I'll give you that. It's just this new age crap that's coming in here claiming....

I should rant less.

No, you either have full out cartoony goodness. I.e. Giffgiff. Or full out pure realistic glory. I.e. Bert, Jon and the occasional Baha.
You cannot have the in-between "I'm too lazy to do realistic movement, let me **** up my spacing and **** around".

That's the good old style of realism. Baha's are awesome. Crono's style is an insult to the art and calling it realism is like pouring liquified dog shit into a cake mould, letting it set, and giving it to a small child on his birthday.

Edit: let me rephrase that: attempts at imitating Crono's style ... etc. He at least knows vaguely how to use it (even if he can't make a run for the life of him).

This. This is just the truth. That is just the best way to put it.

I think you've got a lot ot improve on, try working on basic movement first and look up some tutorials to get better.
