to the the adress and right click on the animation then click copy image location. paste it in and put image tags around it... like this

meh, I like to give newbs a chance before I start treating them like noobs

That's.... new.

@cinnamon: well, let's start with the run loop. adding a floor will help you keep track of the guy's foot placement. when his back foot leaves the floor, his whole body should move up a bit. when the foot moves forward, it should bend more. as it gets near the front, the leg should extend to it's fullest and the body should be descending. when the foot hits the ground, the body should absorb the impact by bending forward slightly. as the leg moves back, it should remain rather straight, but slight bending is okay. at the moment where the leg leaves the floor, it should straighten.
here's some examples:

This has good leg movements. The body movements are off, though.

here you can see what should be going on with the body. notice how it leans forward and back, and bobs up and down?

I don't really think you can use those as a good example for they themself aren't perfect. The back is too stiff, the legs stay to long on the grounds, there is too few easing, and the bottom one isn't looped well.

try basics like easing or something. Do something that at least helps making yourself not look like a fool in pivot.

If you are still limited to computer time, then you probably shouldn't be on this forum...

Before you make shitty animations with unoriginal weapons and effects go work on the basics

And before you start crying here is some advice

For now these are your most prevalent problems
-No easing
-very stiff
-bad physics
-extremely choppy

I suggest reading Baha's tut, then making basic tests and I'll help you with those
