Give SPP the decency she deserves and troll her gently. You gotta work it in subtly and keep it up for as long as you have the energy. It's the difference between getting her drunk and banging her once in an alley, and seducing her with a romantic meal and giving her the time of her life.

so I should copy it in there like this?

(it's too long,too)

it looks a bit funny
if you wanted to make him lift the sword
why does he hold it just in the air and puts it up and down, up and down, up and down, up and down, up and er^^ and so on

well
I think it's made good

however
that's my first try for a backflip

and another one(I don't know if I already posted that one)

On the backflip, you need to look at the centre of gravity (roughly the middle of whatever position the stick is in each frame) and have that move up and down in an eased manner.

I think it needs to loosen up a bit and become more natural. More joints need to be moving, and the movements should reflect how a real person would move. The effect's not too bad.

Actually this one was way too bad for your standards. Usually you ARE med beginner.

This is more like low beginner. There is barely easing, the feet are slippery, and the back is stiff. If I were you, I'd try to do bending first before adding swords and other stuff. The basic movement for something is what is needed before adding other objects wich distract you from making a good animation.

Try looking at this:

Study the movements a bit, and try to make a normal stretch like this.
Notice that the stick isn't leaning forward. Your body doesn't lean forward when stretching or bending, it tries to keep balance by having the back move as well. This way the centre of gravity stays in the middle of the body. This keeps you from falling.
