Ummmm......only colour gets gif raped not the actual animation.and i dont think you have easing down.Even it it was sped up...

1. Zawmbee is epic. .stk's move themselves into perfect positions when he glares at them.

2. Try flicking back and forth between one frame and the next and if it's a pixel off, move it.

extremely choppy, extremely stiff, lack of physics and no easing.
I'd say you should add about 3 times more frames for now.

Read a basic Tut such as Zed's or Baha's.
