Why don't you just watch a few animations which include a guy punching another guy? You can improve your animating skill efficiently by practicing, instead of copying and attempting to mimic better animations.

If you really need a Piv, ask Demi. I'm sure he would be glad to give some Beginner Pivot away.

Yay, I get to C&C you ^_^

You should make the movements of the sniper move more realistically, it brings the quality of the animation down. Easing would be nice, there wasn't any in there at all, and the physics could be better. You want a rank too?
