The effects and cinematic stuff are pretty good, but I'd say you need to work on your basic movements a bit more. There was too much shakiness when the blue guy held the gun and then he just froze. You need to keep the movement consistent. There also wasn't enough easing on the sticks any time after he crashed through the window.
Having said that, if I remember right it's a big improvement on your last animations. It's also a good length - it's difficult to pay attention long enough for something like that, and any longer would be difficult to cc. Keep improving and you'll be very good.

I think it's a bit undereased. You need to watch the shakiness too, but you already knew that.
