For the first, it's way too slow, and the movements are really unclear. The second is pretty ok, but I doubt you walk like that. Realism is one of the keys to good animations. Don't overdo the realism though, but enough to still keep it creative. The third missed the impact. Try anticipating the force behind the kick to get it to show impact. It stopped in mid-air, so it didn't seem like he actually finished the kick. And for the fourth, why did you post it?

well, you need to have straight lines for the different parts of the body, not just a bend for a leg, it looks more wobbly that way, also speed it up.

the second isnt too bad.
in the third one you need more power behind the kick.
the last one doesnt really have anything to comment on.
Just keep working at it and you will get better.

Well, actually i wasn't planing on adding a head.

Headless looks pretty cool, in my opinion.
